Great Show Eric. Really liked Abi Tapia. Song of the week maybe a great addition.

Boston Butt was originally coined in antebellum New England where the casks they stored the meat in were called 'Butts'. In Boston, they cut the shoulder in a particular way that was eventually called the Boston Butt.

Great show guys. I know here in Ohio there are some CSO's set up where you buy stock in a farm and then can get raw milk because you are an "owner."
Eric Gunnar Rochow
i have read about some of those as well. in our town, you can buy half a cow or pig from one of the farmers in the spring, sort of an early version of the CSA concept.

Like the idea about using vegetable oil to start the chimney starter. I save my used deep frying oil for this and oiling the grill grate.
