I Made A Giant Magnetic Chalkboard
Hi Friend,
First snow up at the house. Kinda sorta dusting, but it was actual snow.
And because my lawnmower/leaf mulcher is being repaired (video to come) the snow is on top of all the oak leaves. Nice.
Of course, the cold and frost days came faster than I thought they would. This happens every fall. I did manage to dig up the dahlias and the two fig trees I almost killed last winter. The dahlias are in the root cellar, and the fig trees are in pots now, also resting in the root cellar.
Going to do a quick patch repair to the greenhouse. I'll probably clad it in corrugated clear lexan next spring, but I wanted to research which kind and brand. I don't want it to crack or fade quickly. For the winter, I will make up some simple scrap wood frames stretched with 4 mil clear plastic to get it through the winter.

I just bought this no frills $140 Robot Vacuum. I dropped my vintage Roomba vac yet again, and more parts came loose. Wirecutter listed this Eufy vac as a low priced vac to consider, their top picks are $300+ with lots of bells and whistles - which I don't need. This vac has no app, no programming. Just put it on the floor and turn it on. Wicked simple, which is what I strive for in life.
Apple Air Tag 4 Pack $65 . Lowest price I've ever seen. Use this waterproof holder to attach one to your dog's collar. Simplest way safeguard your pup, or bike, or car.
$20 Brother P-Touch Label Maker. I have an older version of this. Helps me be more organized despite myself. Buy extra label tape. I buy the knockoff label tape, not sure if it will work with the new version of this machine.
Made this Giant Chalkboard Magnetic, didn't go as planned. Then I changed the oil in my log splitter. Then made Pizza and Bee Sugar Cakes. Watch them all here.
