Mij, our neighbor's Yellow Labrador Retriever who appears in many GardenFork videos, passed away recently. I went through a lot of the video clips we have of Mij and put together a DVD for his family, and then we decided to share it with all of you as well.
Here is 12 minutes of Labradors, also appearing here are Moose and Charlie Pup when they were puppies.

Thanks for sharing that !! I know it took some time to piece that together. Good one !!!
And even though at this moment its raining here in KY, I was smiling ALL through it.

I have enjoyed your shows when I could find them and also the wonderful videos and pictures of your dogs. We would make great neighbors: you with your labs and us with our Old English Sheepdogs. Dogs make such wonderful companions and friends. I love them all and Mij will enjoy all his friends at the Rainbow Bridge.
Thank you for sharing this with us.

Aww.....Good dog, MIJ

My condolences on Mij crossing over to the Rainbow Bridge. Been there with the sadness of 5 retired racing greyhounds crossing over and a whippet and a standard poodle.
However, this is the COOLEST video tribute to the kids playing! AWESOME! Loved IT!
Thanks

Ahh, sorry to hear that - it does seem that the dogs have a fabulous time in the area you're in. The videos/pictures of the dogs are alway enjoyable. Thanks

Our daugs always look askance at me when I'm spending time watching your videos of dogs. Ha! It makes me miss our first daug-ter (pound puppy: Sauki/shepherd/terrier?) who died last year this time. She did everything: fetch, retrieve, dig for gophers, tricks, and even cuddled. We got a great hunter (36 rodents in the past 9 months - Saluki/Husky) to keep Storm company (Mastiff/Koolie/Lab?), but none can ever replace dear Daphne. Thanks for sharing your life with dogs, and your love of life!

It was so lovely to see all off the labs together and thank you for putting this together it made my day and I am sure the owners of Mij will just love this. Thank you

Thanks for doing this, Eric. I laughed and cried all the way through. Our labs are our children too. The Gardenfork family is a bit smaller now.

What a beautiful tribute to all the dogs. Rest in peace Mij. He was beautiful too, like all of them! I love their looks when you pull out the ball/frisbee to throw.... 🙂 They are the best! Hugs to all, especially the dogs 🙂
Irene

Dear Eric,
Please deliver my condolences to your neighbor about the loss of Mij here from Turkey. If I am not wrong, I even remember the first appearance of Mij in Gardenfork. What I didn't get is that Mij seemed to me very healthy like all the other labs in every single appearance. Okay I may be confusing it with your labs. Anyway even in this 12 min video, they all seemed healthy. Do you they age that quick or was that an illness. I got to know labs with your show and they are amazing. I especially admire how they happily swim in lake in the middle of winter.
I wish a long and healthy life to your labs and thanks for the show. You are doing a great job even for a Turkish guy, in a different culture, economy and society, that is thousand miles away from you.

How big is the lake the dogs swim in?

I just discovered your wonderful website and have been enjoying the videos all morning.
I have an Aussie mix that is 15 years old and fear it is only a matter of time now before he passes. I love that you did a video of Mij for her family to be able to look back on. How thoughtful and kind.

Thanks for the note, Mij was a great pup. And glad you like the site too. Eric.
