Hi ~ Just picked an overabundance of poblano peppers from the garden (last harvest) and was looking for a great recipe to use them. Your dish looks absolutely delicious and we LOVE Indian food. Unfortunately, I could not find where the actual 'recipe' was provided. Where is it??
