Hydrolic fluids are non compressable fluids. Water is a hydrolic fluid. Oil is prefered because although water would work it will cause corrosion.
The other killer with water is as it freezes it expands and can destroy most things. However thats how the Earth gets sculptured so we shouldn't complain.

Harriet sounds like Max. Kora is a city dog. Loud noises don't bother her, but Max will bury his head in your body for fireworks on tv. He's a jumble of raw nerves just waiting to pop.
