Oh Its Only 14" Of Snow

Had to cut trails in the yard for the Labs to go outside last weekend. Running the snowblower is such a satisfying thing for me. You are one with the machine. That annoying thing that guy said yesterday stops running on the hamster wheel in your head while you clear snow.
Then the Labs broke my snowblower. I think. There was this large clunk noise and then the machine did not blow snow nearly as well. Fixed it right there in the snow, and yes we shot video of the process. Will post next week.
The snow at the house was substantial. Like it used to be every winter. Sap season has been happening earlier each year for the last 20, not sure if this large load of snow will affect timing. It will make it more difficult to harvest the sap for anyone that uses buckets. Trudging through deep snow with a sap buckets is not fun.
I am a big fan of Apple Air Tags, and this week I needed to buy some more to keep track of keys and knapsacks, etc. I was surprised to find on Amazon Air Tag clones that work with the Apple Find My app. 4 clone tags for $28 ($7 each) vs 4 Apple 1st Gen Air Tags for $64 ($16 each). I bought a 4 pack of the clone tags, the set up with the Find My app was easy. Though the instructions that come with the clones were a bit off. I just set these up, will report back on quality over time, but these get good reviews. Air Tracker Tags 4 pack here.
One more Tiny Step to getting stuff off the floor and on a wall! I bought this modular tool rack and used TapCon bolts to hang it on a brick wall. I like the how adjustable the rack can be and has a variety of hangers. Tool Rack & Gear Here Watch Video Here.
