I met Jaden on Twitter, and then in person recently in NYC, her blog, Steamy Kitchen,  is great, and i thought i’d make these cool Tea Eggs. neat.

    I use to live in Hong Kong and i would eat these all the time from street venders.

    i also think they are more of an accumulative taste, I think you could have cooked them longer because i remember the eggs darker.
