I harvested from 9 frames. But the hive had 3 honey supers in action when I did it. Leaving about 1 1/2 full supers for winter. With some sugar water they should be able to almost fill the rest and the other super I put back on.
I have one of those handy vacs and love it. but can't find any bags anymore.
I need to buy some chainsaw chaps. I admit to using mine in the garden wearing shorts. Bad idea. Need a new saw actually, any advice on a brand? I purchased an el-cheap from the redbox store and after one season of use the chain won't stay on the bar 🙁 even after tightening. Probably didn't help that I used it to demo my pressure treated deck.

Max and Kora are chipped. The shelter did it before we adopted them. Kora was named when we got her, and we went through pages and pages of names before deciding that her given name was the best. Until we went through doggie training. Jim got into the habit of just saying, "Kora, Kora, Kora!" instead of the dog's name and then the command. The trainer thought he was saying Tora, as in the WWII movie.
Max was named Samson when we got him and it just didn't fit him.
Great finally hearing from Bruce!
Keep up the great work!
