Great podcast. Nice and relaxing to listen to when recovering from a bout of laryngitis though i will likely always tease about how things are pronouced, that's just how I roll. At least nobody in the house has made me feel like they are glad that i can't talk. LOL So vinaigrette (not vinegarette) is pronounced "vin-eh-GRET". You might also enjoy a blog post that hubby and I wrote a few months ago about a great pork tenderloin (schnitzel) sandwich, not tenderLION... that's literally a different animal 😉 OK I like to tease. anyhow, here's a link to our blog post, where the sandwich was definitely bigger than a dinner plate: http://dinerschool.wordpress.com/2010/04/24/schnitzel-sandwich/
